/me had got the results as attached, true the package name must be bundle*r*, rather than bundle. We remove the current package and redo it, thank you.

Reconfirming steps :

Just gem2deb? 

Or 

gem fetch bundler, then gem2tgz, dh-make-ruby foo-1.2.tar.gz, edited the copyrights and controls file and use pbuilder to create the deb, sign the required files and then a dput?

Or 

Is there a easier way with gem2deb to deviate from the last step, do the required and pack?

So it's indeed empty. Are you really sure that you really want to package
bundle, not bundle*r*?
