Hi,

You miss the
XB-Ruby-Versions: ${ruby:Versions}
line in debian/control. This line is needed so that we can track the
status of the transition.

You currently do not run any tests at build time. There's really nothing
that can be tested at build time?

To avoid the need for:
        dh_installman -p ctioga2 man/ctioga2.1
in debian/rules, you could simply use a debian/ctioga2.manpages file.
