Please bear in mind, just as Paul says so in a reply, collection
packages are needed for a good global description, containing a good
identifier for every lib inside it.

Example, have you ever thought on a RSS Ruby library? Well, it is
_inside_ libruby but nothing indicates it (filling a wishlist or minor
bug would be a good thing for this, actually), nor short/long
descriptions or README file contains a related 'rss' keyword.
