Dear ftpmasters,

The newer version of octave-mapping added tests that requires NaN
payload propagation. This is not supported on RISC-V, which instead
emits a canonical NaN.

Given the that we are now in hard-freeze I think the best is to remove
this package from the archive on riscv64. It has no reverse
dependencies.
