osinfo-db: Debian and Ubuntu riscv64 images missing

Dear maintainer,

In package osinfo-db the metadata for Debian and Ubuntu riscv64 images 
is missing. This causes virt-manager to not recognize the release. The 
problem has been corrected upstream.

Please, rebase the package on upstream.
