Sorry for any duplicate messages. I haven't replied to a mailing list
in a while and messed up. Hope this comes through!

I'm also interested in running "proper" Debian rather than the
provided image on my Sipeed LicheePi 4A. It's a competitor to the
StarFive VisionFive 2, so it seems appropriate here.

I'm not sure how to help, just encouraging you that there are others
wishing for similar things.

I was hoping to attempt it in the next few weeks, and I'll update with
my process and results here or in a new thread.

Maybe you have checked, but some install directions for your board are here.
