riscv64 architecture removed from debian-ports

Dear all,

Since riscv64 has been added to the official debian archive a few months
ago, most of the packages have been rebuilt. There are ~300 source
packages that are missing compared to the debian-ports archive, and many
of them are just leaf packages which FTBFS everywhere.

There is therefore no reason anymore to keep the old archive, and the
riscv64 architecture has just been removed from debian-ports.
Technically only the indexes are gone for now, but the packages will
gradually disappear over the next days to avoid triggering the maximum
deletion protection on the mirrors. Note that the old packages will
still be available on snapshot.debian.org in the rare cases where they
could be needed.

This removal should also prevent confusion between the two archives in
case some documentation haven't been updated yet.

Regards
Aurelien
