It can also be built successfully on big-endian platforms, but that
doesn’t mean it works correctly.
Upstream’s custom build for opus custom modes precludes adding more
architectures, but as #686777 seems to have been fixed I was intending
on permitting all architectures in an upload that can use this (I’ll
have to figure out how to use it first).
But as-is, this patch isn’t suitable.
