The reportbug-gtk package carries the necessary dependencies to be able touse the GTK UI. The basic reportbug package intentionally doesn't haveGUI dependencies, because it's intended to be usable in non-GUIenvironments.

Ideally the error message you quoted would recommend installingreportbug-gtk, rather than individual dependency packages.
