Bug#1101961: reportbug: Thunderbird spawned in HTML editing mode

Spawning an external mailer from GTK interface should start it in the 
plaintext mode.

Currently it opens new Thunderbird compose window in HTML mode and user 
has to override it via "Options -> Sending format -> Only plan text".
