Bug#1071052: reportbug: proposed version for binNMU should be source package version

Dear Maintainer,

When filling a binNMU for a package with fancy binary package versionning, it
appears that reportbug uses the binary package version instead of the source
package version.

For instance, when filling a binNMU for src:uwsgi-plugin-php 0.0.15 with
uwsgi-plugin-php version 2.0.22+4+0.0.15+b2 in unstable, reportbug
detects 2.0.22+4+0.0.15+b2 as the version instead of 0.0.15 .

    $ reportbug release.debian.org
    [...]
    Please enter the name of the package: uwsgi-plugin-php
    Checking package information...
    Your report will be carbon-copied to the package maintainer.
    Latest version seems to be 2.0.22+4+0.0.15+b2, is this the proper one [Y|n|?]?

reportbug should instead choose the source package version.
