Bug#1034787: reportbug: -k -> Invalid bug report message: No pseudoheaders found.

Package: reportbug
Version: 7.10.3+deb11u1
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: RossBoylan@stanfordalumni.org

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA512

Attempting to send kudos via reportbug -k led to the following. My expectation
was that it would actually send the message.

<terminal>
$ reportbug -k libmariadb3
*** Warning: Your ~/.reportbugrc is setting an X-Debbugs-CC header in a
'header' command. This is an old default setting that no longer works reliably.
You may want to re-run 'reportbug --configure', or
edit your configuration file to use the 'list-cc-me' command (without recipient
address) instead.

COMMENTS
Since I don't understand the problem, being able to resume isn't much help.

Possibly my use of X-Debbugs-CC is causing the problem? list-cc-me is not an
appropriate substiture since the address isn't "me" (it is me, but not on the
system from which the bug is sent).

Examination of the tmp file doesn't show the usual pseudo-headers, but then
again this is not a usual bug report. Is the check appropriate for kudos?

It would be nice if the GUI supported kudos.

Thanks for you work on the package.
