In the beginning "reportbug" asks "operating mode": novice, standard, advanced and expert.

This is very bad question. Moreover, the answer will not matter. Here is reportbug logs when I answered "novice" and
when I answered "expert": https://paste.debian.net/1261952/ , https://paste.debian.net/1261953/ . As you can see, changes are
small. So, please, remove this "operating mode" question. Or at very least make 2 modes, not 4

The small differences matter to other people. You did not manage to make
a good argument why there would be a bug here. Closing.
