Bug#1022261: reportbug: Reportbug GTK program has no quit or minify button in contrast to most other windows

Dear Maintainer,
when using the GTK reportbug program, I have noticed that I can neither minify
it with the normal window management buttons nor quit it simply because those
buttons do not exist. I am using Gnome and all my other windows have an X
button to quit it, etc. Instead, at the place where the X button should be, it
has a "Next" button.
