Or simply a warning that the report stored in /tmp may disappear, so the user
should make a copy of it to somewhere safe.

Also maybe mention that this bug report can be sent as an attachment via the
user's normal email process (web-based GMail, etc) to the proper address (also
mention what that address is), rather than getting abandoned because the user
never learns how or gets around to setting up his own MTA. (Assuming that this
is true - my understanding of reporting bugs is newbie-ish.)
