Bug#1009656: reportbug: with bullseye-pu, claims "This package doesn't appear to exist"

Thank you for the report. Spyder is currently not in testing (which your
system is running), so dpkg/apt did not find it. That's why reportbug
thought it did not exist. The version lookup for -pu requests is done
online using madison.
