Bug#981473: reportbug: "Other system information" box is very small in GUI

Dear Maintainer,
In the dialog where the bug report is written (in the reportbug GUI), there's
the box "Other system information". It is very small even when the window is
maximized and its size can't be changed. It would be useful to enable size
adjust or just make it larger.
