Thank you for the report. After receiving your report I have tried to
navigate the GTK UI using only the keyboard, and can confirm that the
experience could be better. However, the reportbug maintenance team are
no GTK experts, so fixing this might not happen soon. Help is welcome.
If you are unable to access any button, try holding down the Alt key.
This should highlight a letter in each button that you can press.

The Back button is not there by design, but by mistake. It is a
well-known bug that has been reported many times and should be fixed in
the next version.
