Bug#936061: reportbug: querybts doesn't find a certain existing bug report for package linux-image-5.2.0-2-amd64

There is now a merge request for this:
https://salsa.debian.org/reportbug-team/reportbug/-/merge_requests/56
Note that this applies to reportbug, not querybts. Querybts is already
inferior to reportbug in querying bugs today:
- By default querybts retrieves the bug list only for the binary
package, not the much more comprehensive list for the
corresponding source package.
- If a user wants to query for the source package with querybts,
they have to figure out the name of the source package themselves
and in addition use the -s/--source option to really achieve the
desired query.
Perhaps we should add stronger hints that users should just use
reportbug instead.
