Bug#941961: reportbug: nudge novice bug submitters away from incorrectly using the newcomer tag

I was wondering whether it would be even better to show the newcomer tag
only in advanced or expert modes (i.e., also hide it in standard mode).
Didn't find the time to submit a corresponding alternative merge request
for that before the previous one was merged and released, sorry.
What do you think?
