A small test[1] shows that the BTS is able to deal with base64-encoded
mail just fine. So there is probably no bug here, unless we can still
find one -
Do you have more information on mails generated by reportbug that were
rejected by the BTS? What method do you use to "send later" reports
saved by reportbug?
