Hi stable release managers,

Please consider accepting the mono change for the next bullseye point
release, following unstable and testing, to address #972146, which may
lead arbitrary code execution, as mentioned in the original post and
as well Gabriel Corona posted on
https://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2023/01/05/1 .  (No CVE is
assigned for it).

The proposed (and already uploaded) change consist of simply
rebuilding the current testing version for bullseye.
