Hi, 

Thanks very much for flagging this. I must admit I had lost sight of
the fact that this still required so much work and that it would count
as a transition. We had originally planned this for a long while ago
but never quite completed it.

If the release team would be willing to grant an exception to the policy
to get this done, we can get this wrapped up inside a week I expect.
