Currently we have clamav 0.103.7 in stable, testing, and unstable. Version 0.103 is a LTS release for clamav and we should be able to support Bullseye through it's remaining lifetime with clamav 0.103/libclamav9. The same cannot be said for Bookworm. Clamav recently released their next LTS version, 1.0, which we will need to support in Bookworm. It's taken us some time to get it packaged due primarily to the build system being changed and a portion of libclamav being re-implemented in rust. We are close to have it ready and anticipate it being in experimental in the next several days. Unfortunately, this will mean a transition rather close to the freeze, but it is a small one: Reverse-Build-Depends * c-icap-modules * cyrus-imapd * pg-snakeoil We think it's better to jump on it now, than be stuck later in the freeze or even possibly after release having to deal with it. Once we have clamav 1.0 in Experimental, we'll file the bug requesting the transition and a tracker for it. Scott K
