Just to confirm for the release team: yes, I did intend this upload to
be targeted for inclusion in bullseye (I know some maintainers do upload
things not intended to migrate into unstable even during the freeze,
but I don't). I'd forgotten to do the unblock request, thanks for picking
that up!
