Recently someone has started some R transition.
I have no clue how this is supposed to work, r-bioc-biocgenerics now
  Provides: r-api-bioc-3.10
but rebuilding r-bioc-genomeinfodb in sid still generated a dependency
on r-api-bioc-3.9 - perhaps the rebuild order must be followed strictly.

Please set up a tracker manually, since this is a transition of a
virtual package name.

Ben file:

title = "r-api-bioc-3.10";
is_affected = .depends ~ /r-api-bioc/;
is_good = .depends ~ "r-api-bioc-3.10";
is_bad = .depends ~ "r-api-bioc-3.9";

The tracker helped to get this transition done, and this migrated to
testing. Closing this bug.
