Thanks, but it looks like the transition is held by a bug in
gnustep-gui: gnustep-gui-runtime depends on gnustep-back0.25 while it
shouldn't.  libgnustep-gui-dev is pulling in -runtime and because
-back is not binNMUed yet, it still depends on libgnustep-base1.24 so
the Build-Depends of all packages build-depending on
libgnustep-gui-dev cannot be satisfied.
Classic "Catch 22" scenario.

The bug was introduced in gnustep-gui/0.25.0-1 during the migration to
modern debhelper but was not really visible before the removal of the
.symbols files in 0.25.0-4 (the shlibs were unused until then).

We'll need a sourceful upload of gnustep-gui fixing this issue in
order to proceed with the transition.

@Eric:
In fact this is fixed in master, but how do we proceed with the
repository now that there are lots of changes in master intended for
experimental?  We have to prepare an upload fixing only this bug.
