Dear Release Team,

We've had spatialindex 1.8.5 in experimental for quite some time, I'd
like to move it to unstable as soon as possible.

The only reverse dependency in qgis, and it builds fine with
spatialindex 1.8.5.

Kind Regards,

Bas
