nmu qtcurve_1.8.18-3 . ALL . -m "Rebuild for qtbase-abi-5-4-2."

Let's finish the qtbase transition in experimental, too.
There was a NMU for the same reason on amd64 previously, but that went
from 5-4-0 to 5-3-2, so needs to be built again.

There are as well:

* kate (FTBFS everywhere but on the maintainers machine)
* fcitx-qt5 (RC buggy - file overwrite conflict)
