Bug#687033: nmu: xz compression for some GNOME and KDE packages

Please schedule binNMUs to for the packages below to make them use xz
compression for the binary packages (via the changes to pkg-kde-tools
and cdbs).

I've indicated approximate space savings in kB, but they might be
slightly off as I use old data for the size they would need with xz.
