Bug#622134: transition: openssl 1.0.0

Hi Julien

This should be fixed for ipsec-tools and racoon as of 0.8.0-9 on sid.
Checked on sid amd64 via apt-cache depends.

Building again on kfreebsd-i386 and kfreebsd-amd64 via buildd. Closed
the 2 bugs that kept kfreebsd.

Lets see if this package makes it to testing.

Cheers,

Matthew
