binNMU for mysql-gui-tools

Hi!

mysql-admin (from source package mysql-gui-tools) is uninstallable in unstable
right now:

    mysql-admin: Depends: libmysqlclient15off (>= 5.0.27-1) which is a virtual
    package.

A binNMU should fix this.
