Short story: I have NMUed gnustep-dl2, so you can cancel the binNMU for
that package if you want.

Long story: I tested building all the GNUstep packages except for a few,
including gnustep-dl2, because I was expecting upstream to release a new
version shortly. It hasn't happened yet, so I added gnustep-dl2 to the
binNMU list, but forgot to try rebuilding it. And wouldn't you know it,
but the one package that I did that with happens to have a build failure
with the new GNUstep packages. Damned Murphy. :-/
