True for s390 and probably m68k, so this is fine with me. Sorry if I
lured you to do unnecessary work with my first message.

I did ask [1] about how to proceed with setting Architecture and was
hinted to use "any" even if s390 and m68k cannot use the peripherals
controlled by setpwc. As an example, usbutils is built for s390 and m68k.

Anyway, it would be nice if this package, for suitable architectures,
was allowed to enter etch after the usual delay.
