I've looked at the diff between tar 1.16 and 1.16.1, I'm not really
happy to approve this to etch.
I would prefer to get a fixed version of tar (with the patch from tar
1.16.1 or the one from the bug report) into etch through tpu. If you
don't have the time to do that, there is probably some eager NMUer
willing to do it :-)
