I don't mind to have the order changed, but this change is not ok:

+               # be shure we get new startscript
+               if [ -n "$2" ] && dpkg --compare-versions "$2" lt "0.1.14-beta-4"; then
+                       rm -f /etc/rc?.d/*policyd-weight
+               fi

Because that will re-enable policyd-weight for all people who disabled
it, iow an RC-bug by itself.
