libgcrypt7 contains /usr/lib/libgcrypt-pthread.so.7.3.0
/usr/lib/libgcrypt-pth.so.7.3.0 and
/usr/lib/libgcrypt.so.7.3.0

Breakage will only occur for packages linking against
libgcrypt-pth.so.7.3.0.
