Hmmmm, the log for s390x [1] says:

 The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  r-bioc-isoformswitchanalyzer : Depends: r-api-bioc-3.16

r-apr-bioc-3.16 is superseeded by r-api-bioc-3.17 and this dependency
can't be fulfilled any more.  I'm wondering why this id requested for
s390x architecture only while all other architectures are passing as
expected.
