test suite failures in new upstream version of units
Hi,
I tried to update the Debian package for units. The test suite throws:

OK: 376 SKIPPED: 8 FAILED: 2
1. Error: set_units works with symbols in character data, and resolves names (@test_misc.R#91)
2. Error: udunits database can be read (@test_udunits.R#42)
Error: testthat unit tests failed
Do you have any hint what might cause this issue?
