plasma-desktop contains /usr/bin/plasma-desktop, which has no manual page. The situation is the same for plasma-netbook.

src:kde-workspace was last released with Debian 8 (jessie) in April 2015
and was removed from the Debian archive afterwards.
It has been superseded by Plasma 5.
