Bug#828923: kde-l10n-he: current version incompatible with old kdenlive-data

Dear Maintainer,

I am now upgrading a system after a very long time. During the installation, I ran
into this error:

Unpacking kde-l10n-he (4:16.04.2-2) over (4:4.14.0-3) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-l10n-he_4%3a16.04.2-2_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/share/locale/he/LC_MESSAGES/kdenlive.mo', which is also in package kdenlive-data 0.9.10-2

I am guessing that this means the incompatibility between kde-l10n-he 4:16.04.2-2 and
kdenlive-data 0.9.10-2 is not recorded, or else apt would have found the correct order
for doing things (it needed to upgrade kdenlive anyway).

While this is in itself a minor issue, the only way I found to overcome it was to remove
kdenlive using dpkg; so, it essentially breaks the upgrade tools. Hence I marked it important.
If this is wrong, accept my apologies.
