Bug#793568: kde-touchpad,kde-config-touchpad: transitional packages uninstallable
Package: kde-touchpad,kde-config-touchpad
Version: 4:5.3.2-1
Severity: serious

Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package is no longer
installable in sid:
1m56.4s DEBUG: Starting command: ['chroot', '/tmp/piupartss/tmpyBDqIP', 'apt-get', '-y', 'install', 'kde-touchpad=4:5.3.2-1']
1m56.7s DUMP:
Reading package lists...
Building dependency tree...
Reading state information...
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
kde-touchpad : Depends: plasma-desktop but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
1m56.7s ERROR: Command failed (status=100): ['chroot', '/tmp/piupartss/tmpyBDqIP', 'apt-get', '-y', 'install', 'kde-touchpad=4:5.3.2-1']
The transitional packages depend on plasma-desktop, but plasma-desktop
has unversioned Breaks against them. These should become versioned.
Uninstallable (transitional) packages prevent migration to testing.
Cheers,
Andreas
