Bug#754387: [kmail] Must not be issuing the expunge!

Seems conclusive, that though the expunge option is checked in the imap
account configuration, the expunge is not being done. This could be an
"important" bug since it renders use of imap less than practical. Gmail auto-
expunges, apparently.
The delayed move workaround described for the possibly related bug have no
effect on the problem.
