Bug#704669: kdelibs-bin: unable to install kdelibs-bin=4:4.10.2-1 due to issues with kdelibs4c2a

Hi,

kdelibs4c2a is actually in debian squeeze:
http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/kdelibs4c2a

Some programs, like ktranslator, kcpuload, knetload, ksensors, and others (that still offer better functionality w.r.t. kde4 counterparts) need kdelibs4c2a.

The only conflict is the presence of ktelnetservice and kmailservice files that is also present in kdelibs5-plugins.
So a custom version of kdelibs4c2a definitely solves the issue.

Again, this is the way the bug has been solved in ubuntu:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde4libs/+bug/1100622

so it's possible and it works fine (tested).
