Bug#671391: libnepomuk4: Nepomuk should depend on virtuoso

Package: libnepomuk4
Version: 4:4.7.4-4
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I recently uninstalled virtuoso as it got removed from testing and nothing on
my system depended on it - but now Nepomuk does not work anymore, when starting
it says

"Nepomuk Semantic Desktop needs the Virtuoso RDF server to store its data.
Installing the Virtuoso Soprano plugin is mandatory for using Nepomuk."

I will re-install virtuoso from spanshots.debian.org, but the system should not
even let me uninstall virtuoso if nepomuk requires it for working.

Kind regards,
Ralf
