Bug#584434: suggested solution if problem persists

Hi,

for the time being I suggest to wait and see if the "problem"
persists. 

A solution would be along the lines taken in #582122 and #583494.
I am not sure if the krb5-kdc-package has to provide something to
delay the start of kdm as long as it is responsible for
authentication.
