Trying to upgrade from konq-plugins 4:3.5.6-2 to 4:3.5.7-2 results in the 
following output:

$ apt-get install konq-plugins

Ok, I'm closing the bug then, since it is not a real bug.

About your problem, talking about this, a member of the KDE team suggested
that "blowing into the SATA cables often helps *really*. Well, not into the wire, 
into the connector of course :P". So maybe it is a hardware issue you can
easily fix :)
