Bug#360875: quanta: Can't open files

Package: quanta
Version: 4:3.4.3-2
Severity: important

This is my first attempt at using Quanta.

If I open the "Open File" dialog with Ctrl-O, no files or directories
are displayed in the file list. The filter drop down contains "All
supported files" and five instances of "mime".

Under the "File Tree", every thing I click on results in a popup dialog
"Could not start process Unknown protocol 'file'.."

I do not have a full KDE environment installed, I am running under
fluxbox. Perhaps a necessary KDE dependency has not been specified?
