Bug#323064: kdenetwork-filesharing needs to depend on 'perl-suid'

  If this is the case, he's right that a Depends is needed. We'd have to
  check.

  If a Depends is needed, I recommend that we don't make the kdenetwork
  virtual package depend on kdenetwork-filesharing, but recommend (or
  suggest) it.
