Bug#306215: ksysv: Expand runlevel listbox to fit window's width

It would be cool if the runlevel listbox could expand to fit window's width,
when resizing window. This would help seeing all the services.
For instance, I show only services 0,2,6 and this only fill half of the window,
but I have to scroll to see both service name and number...
